Short Research Description

The dysregulation of microglia, CNS resident immune cells, contributes to neuropathology. Using a rodent model of chronic neuroinflammation (intermittent hypoxia) we study the contributions of histone modifications and microRNAs to the control of microglial gene expression and phenotype.
