Short Research Description

Our laboratory focuses on measuring and modeling greenhouse gas emission from contrasting dairy production system. We have engaged students in laboratory work (sample analysis) as well as survey data analysis.

Significance:
Our research focuses on how to improve dairy cattle nutrition to avoid environmental damages associated with greenhouse gases emission and nitrogen-related pollution of air and water. Our international collaboration include a better understanding of smallscale farming practies to food security, rural economy and human health and wellness in "developing" countries.
